SIA UniCredit Leasing is rebranded to Citadele Leasing and is part of the Citadele Group. As of January 4 this year, the successful closing of Citadele’s acquisition of SIA UniCredit Leasing in the Baltics has taken place. With this Citadele continues its road towards becoming the Baltic champion within financial services. SIA Citadele Leasing will build on the long-standing industry knowledge, top professionals, excellent client service and the most modern digital solutions of UniCredit Leasing and Citadele Leasing in all three Baltic countries.
As per January 4 SIA UniCredit Leasing and its subsidiary SIA UniCredit Insurance Broker have become part of the Citadele Group, completing the acquisition that was signed in December 2019.
The deal between AS Citadele Banka and UniCredit S.p.A. involves a name and brand change for SIA UniCredit Leasing, as a result of which SIA UniCredit Leasing will become Citadele Leasing in January. SIA UniCredit Insurance Broker will be re-named to SIA CL Insurance Broker.
The name changes will not impact existing clients of SIA UniCredit Leasing and SIA UniCredit Insurance Broker. All contracts and other obligations will remain in force in accordance with existing terms and conditions.
